Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we’ve decided to sell only within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping, and can offer free shipping on all purchases over $100. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. It can take between 24-48 hours to view your shipping status once the order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you have not received a shipping confirmation after 78 hours.

How long until my order arrives?

Once you have placed an order and payment is complete, please allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order. 

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, the order is out of our hands. Expect 2+ business days delivery. Please be aware there may be COVID-19 delays.

How may COVID-19 affect my order?

Due to the COVID-19 you may experience delays as we face heightened restrictions and unforeseen lockdowns. Please contact us at info@elysiancrystal.co if your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed you cannot cancel the order regardless of if whether or not it has been shipped.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not accept exchanges based on a change of mind.  Each crystal has its own unique and individual characteristics, we do our best to show your item with all its uniqueness.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

While we pack your crystals as safely and securely as possible, we understand that unfortunately, accidents do happen. Please email us a photo of your damaged crystal within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to come up with a solution.

Can I get a refund on my order?

We do not offer refunds unless there is a major fault with your item. 

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

If an item qualifies to be refunded, it will take us approximately 10-14 days to process your refund. Please note we refund via the payment method you paid with.
